Mencin & Lee is a nonprofit art agency dedicated to bridging artistic communities between Asia and the world. Founded by Rory Mencin and run in partnership with his wife Tracy Lee, their journey in the arts began with the launch of Idea Production Factory (IPF) in 2018. As the first and only bilingual arts agency based in Chengdu, China, IPF supported emerging artists and curated over ten exhibitions in partnership with institutions such as the Polish Consulate, the University of Manchester, Alliance Française, and more. Now based in the United States, Mencin & Lee continues to connect artists, institutions, and audiences across Asia and beyond.
